- While we strive for timely delivery, external factors such as courier delays, national postal strikes, and adverse weather conditions may impact timelines.
- We are not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.
- If you instruct our delivery partner to leave your package unattended at your address, AEMO FOODS LIMITED disclaims all liability for theft, tampering, contamination, or damage due to temperature changes.
2. Price and Availability

- If 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Perishable Items (e.g., Fresh Vegetables, Plantains, Bread, Yams, Fruits, Peppers, Okra)
- Refund or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Orders containing fresh produce are only dispatched Monday to Thursday to maintain freshness.
- If 24 hours have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- We may request photographic evidence of any damaged or defective items.
Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
- In cases where an order has already been dispatched before a cancellation request, customers may return the goods within 7 days for a refund, excluding shipping costs.
