Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at support@aemofoods.co.uk, and we will work quickly to resolve the issue. Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged or missing.

Refund & Return Timeframes

Item Type Return/Refund Window Conditions
Non-Perishable Items 14 days from delivery Refunds or exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be processed.
Perishable Items (e.g., plantains, bread, fresh produce) 24 hours from delivery Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report missing or damaged items. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed after this timeframe.
  • For items with visible damage, we may request a photograph of the affected product to assess the issue.
  • Refunds will be issued either as a store credit or a monetary refund for the affected items.

Returns & Shipping Costs

If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount.
