UK-Wide Courier Delivery

At AEMO FOODS LIMITED, we deliver to all UK postcodes, including Northern Ireland, ensuring that your favorite African groceries reach you wherever you are!

Delivery Process & Tracking

  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a delivery tracking notification and an Expected Time of Arrival (ETA) from our third-party courier.
  • Standard delivery takes 2 – 5 business days (excluding weekends) upon order receipt.
  • Orders containing fresh items (e.g., bread, plantain, onions) placed on Thursdays will be dispatched the following Monday to maintain freshness.

Important Delivery Information

  • An adult (18+) must be available to receive the order. If unavailable, you may have the option to select a ‘Safe Place’ or deliver to a neighbor through our courier partner.
  • Delivery costs start at £6.79, with prices based on the total basket weight and location.
  • A Minimum Basket Value Surcharge applies to orders under £35.
  • Delivery costs are subject to periodic changes based on courier pricing adjustments.

Next-Day Delivery From £8.99 (cost increases based on basket weight). Next-working-day delivery for orders placed by noon, Monday – Thursday.
Warehouse Pickup Free Pickup from our warehouse in Birmingham. Orders are ready for collection within 1 – 2 business days after purchase confirmation.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be canceled due to our fast processing times to ensure timely deliveries.

While we aim to provide a seamless experience, factors outside our control (e.g., postal strikes, and adverse weather conditions) may impact delivery schedules. In such cases, we will keep you updated on any delays.
